Vineri, în jurul orelor 14:00, a avut loc un accident la trecerea de pietoni din fața magazinului Pro Casa din Botoșani.
Conducătoarea auto al unui autoturism marca BMW circula dinspre gară, moment în care, pe Calea Națională, a surprins și a accidentat o femeie în vârstă, pe marcajul pietonal.
Victima a fost transportată cu ambulanța, însă din fericire nu a suferit răni grave.
Polițiștii ajunși la fața locului fac cercetări pentru a stabili cu exactitate cauzele producerii accidentului.
